Dying your hair exposes it to chemicals that are bad for your hair, doesn’t matter you do it on the tips or lower ends, eventually those tips and lower ends will deform and start looking bad, eventually provoking you to chop them off, leaving you back to square one…..SHORT HAIR.
Distribute your hair’s natural oil :- Before going to bed at night use a brush to gently stroke all your hair in different directions, this will allow for the Sebum (natural skin oil) to spread evenly throughout your hair, this will keep them moisturized naturally an keep them from falling out earlier than usual.
Keep your scalp healthy :- Hair grows from inside the scalp, so obviously that’s where you begin, having a clean scalp also promotes hair growth. Dirt, oil, dust and dead skin blocks the pores of our scalp that causes problems for hair follicles, taking regular baths and properly washing your hair (once after 2 days is recommended) in order to prevent such things form happening.

Dr. Fusco warns that women who don’t get enough of it often experience “more shedding.”
Add vitamin to your hair :- If your diet isn’t supplying you with enough nutrition, a supplement could make a world of difference. “Look for a multivitamin that’s formulated and labeled ‘For Hair, Skin and Nails,'” advises Dr. Fusco. “Those contain important vitamins like biotin, vitamin C and B vitamins that support hair health.”

Eat plenty of protein. Hair is composed of a protein called Keratin, making it the most important component of a hair-healthy diet.
Eat biotin. This is vitamin B, which is essential for hair growth.
Consume Vitamin A and C.
Eat Omega 3 fatty acids.
